Total rent collected (134 units) for the year is $714,917, or 93.2%, compare to 96.9% in 2010, 94.6% in 2009, 98% in 2008, 97% in 2007.
Compare to last year, overall we had a lower occupancy rate, the original 94 units, collected $613,269, or 94.95%, but due to increased rents, we ending with net increase of $3,451 (2010 total collection is $609,818, or 96.9%)
After 2 years of surviving mode, we partner up and added 40 units to our portfolio, this complex has been making money from day 1, my goal is to improve its occupancy rate in the coming year(only 83.3% for the 6 months we own it).
For December, we closed the month with 14 opens.
