請問這裏的地主們： 接受不接受short term lease 的租客

正在找租客，有一個說正在賣自己的房子，想要簽3個月的lease，然後month by month因有可能換工作，自己說收入和信用都很好，可以一次把3個月的房租都交了。當然我要查的。現在的租客到一月底搬。怕到時找不到新租客。正為難。不知這裏的地主有沒有租過這麽短的lease 的，都要注意什麽。這次感謝！
