2011總結:
1) 現金的增加主要是由於收入增加所致, 尤其是新的Business Income。
2) 2011年增持了出租物業,增加了貸款,租金淨收益也增加。評估的房產增值大概是5-10%。
3) 投資帳號價值減少主要是由於投資虧損和增持房產的首付。
1) BUSINESS 頭一年開張就取得了不錯的成績,爭取在2012年淨收益翻番;
2) 爭取出租淨收益在2012年翻番;
3) 爭取新的一年股市收益超過加拿大TSX指數一倍。
