I saw a clever way of dealing with it before: ask him/her to send you the cashier's check, then trash it. when he/she ask you to send him/her a check, tell him/her you lost or have not received their cashier's check. ask them to send again. Repeat until they no longer bother you.
We should use the same trick until they bother nobody.
