curious about this move

What is the order you put in?

I feel very risky to make this move.

Here is the data from Yahoo finance:

It looks like the Insider and Institutions holds 100%+.  It is surprise for me to see that.

also, 25M short out of 77M outstanding.  Wooooo...  Very heavily shorted.

Risk 1, most shares are holded by institution, unless institution move out, this stock will be ok.  Do you see such move?

Risk 2, if some short cover (for profit), this one will fly.

Please give me your reason. 

BTW, TA looks like it is at high side of channel.  But it could be a trap since this is a small size company (easily manipulated).  good luck!
