舉例說明老留資產500W並不難， 難的是不折騰

我在2002年開了一個賬戶，放了2W在一個total allocation fund裏， 裏麵還有一定百分比的bond。這個賬戶一直就沒再動過。目前2W變成了20W. 查chatgpt說，年化率是10.5%。

記得2000年高峰時我有30多W。2002年應該還有20W。如果一直投指數， 加上自住房， 到目前達到500W應該沒問題。如果是那些加州幹IT的，兩口子高工資的，1000W都是小意思。

但是，很多正常人都會瞎TM折騰。比如我在經曆了2000年和2008年後， 嚇尿了。本來2009年抄底了，卻在2011年就都出來了，這麽多年大部分錢都放在股市外，所以到現在退休了也還是舍不得坐不起商務艙，吃不起館子， 養不起小三。如果再離個婚，賭個博，日個交， 吸個毒， 失個業， 那就更沒戲了。

現在人老了，雖然活明白了，但沒時間了。 有賊心有賊膽但賊沒了。
