Residential property is only small part of Reits, Long term mortgage 十年note. 
All other real estate- commercial are heavily on short term rates.  Arms, Helocs, Bridges 等.  
Fed cut overnight rate, borrowing costs should be lower.  So, 商業地產, 土地開發，all real properties etc large part of real estate will improve.
