My rules of income investment:

  1. No margin, no option trading 
  2. No single position exceeding 5% of the portfolio 
  3. maintain cash/short term bond at about 30%
  4. minimize tax

Getting closer to my target.  Let's see whether we can achieve it by the end of this year.
