請教aloevera和lionhill 幾個問題：

一，在國內用人民幣交易納指相關QDII基金/ETF，到底有多少交易費用？和我們直接交易美股納指相比，年損耗百分之多少(除卻各種費用以前的gross capital gain 比較）？

二，如果香港開戶，用美元直接交易美股，聽說銀行要質押2萬美元在賬戶上，是硬性要求嗎？或是可選擇交monthly maintenance fee?或是要求購買保險產品？

三，香港開戶的和國內QDII交易美股的Capital gain tax rate各多少？
