How do the Mag-7 compare with the Four Horsemen in valuation

For those unfamiliar with the term “Four Horsemen,” it refers to the four stocks that led the Internet boom of the 1990s—#Dell, #Cisco, #Microsoft, and #Intel. Much like today’s Mag-7, these stocks accounted for nearly 30% of the market cap at their peak.

 

This chart compares the valuation multiples of the Mag-7 with those of the Four Horsemen. The Mag-7 still trade at significantly lower levels. Forward #P/E for #growth #stocks are also well below the peaks of the late 1990s.
