不知道，前兩天看視頻，爾灣有個新樓盤，能看到爾灣景色的小區，從400多萬降到

300多萬開賣，降價100萬，新房子，據說是因為花果山四期同時開盤。花果山四期學區好，帶gate 小區，價格從280多萬起。
