於瑞士和倫敦的談判隻是暫時cease fire agreement

並非停戰協議或是任何貿易協議。在瑞士雙方同意暫停互扔的超高關稅。從瑞士到倫敦會談前，雙方又互扔了一下東西：美國禁了某些設計軟件，乙烷和學生簽證。中國禁了稀土。倫敦會談隻是就這段時間雙方互加的禁運有個緩衝。中國在六個月內繼續供應美國汽車廠家稀土。美國恢複乙烷供應和學生簽證。

這是瑞士會議後雙方又一次試探性的互掐。至於中美貿易戰的實質性問題，一個都沒顧上。

目前咱也搞不清關稅到底是多少。

所以別指望貿易戰會有什麽結果。純粹是白忙活。打個三四年都有可能。

但是肯定不會再有100%以上的關稅這類事情啦。
