我的pension account

我現在的公司除了有401K外，還有Pension Plan, 不需要職員contribute, 公司提供的free money, 不多，不過這麽多年下來，我的account 也還是累積了不少。以前從來沒有管過，今天研究了一下，才發現有如下規定：

You are automatically 100% vested in your Employer Contributions and their earnings if you retire on or after your Early or Normal Retirement Date.

Your “Normal Retirement Date” is the later of the date you attain age 65 and the fifth anniversary of the date you began participating in the Plan.

Your “Early Retirement Date” is the first of the following that occurs:
* The date that the sum of your age and years of vesting service is greater than or equal to 75, provided you are at least 55 years of age.
* The date that you have at least 30 years of vesting service, regardless of age.

我現在不滿足上麵的條件，那就繼續留在plan 裏（公司允許員工離職後繼續保留pension account），以前沒有管過，以後繼續不管，幹脆等到73歲RMD的時候再說吧。

現在慢慢開始retirement planning, 第一筆確認等到RMD再取的錢就這麽定了。以此記錄一下。
