關鍵是這個消息

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Donald Trump said on Tuesday that if China does not agree to a deal on trade, the U.S. will set the terms.

Trump also told reporters he would be very nice in negotiations with Beijing and that tariffs on imports from the country would fall significantly following a deal, but not to zero.

 

我的理解是Trump 樂意與中國達成協議，如果中國不配合，美方就自己定規則了，關稅該多少是多少不用協商了。目前的升級後的關稅，顯然是有施壓和比肌肉的成份，形同貨物禁運（embargo），不是長久之計。所以Trump 說對中國的關稅要大降，但不是零。 就是這個道理！
