現在公司在國外賺錢， 隻要不把錢轉回美國， 不用交corporate tax.

With cheap labor and tax benefits, they d do not have incentive to bring jobs back.  Government should levy taxes on abroad profits and reduce taxes for companies in America to balance the play field.
