我答， 賣否隻有你自己可以決定. 在我看來， 恰恰相反， 軍費Budget cut隻會影響那些CONTRACTORS with outdated tools, system and mindset. PLTR AIP + Ontology = far better efficiency. I see the budget cut would only favour PLTR. Let's wait and witness that Palantir will only share more portion of the pie.
