In 2024, the standard monthly premium for Medicare Part B is $174.70. However, the premium you pay may be higher depending on your income. The premium is based on your Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI): 

 

MAGI less than or equal to $103,000: The standard premium of $174.70

 

MAGI above $103,000 and less than $397,000: The standard premium plus $384.30

 

MAGI equal to or above $397,000: The standard premium plus $419.30
