Friday morning my kid was at Penn Station, waiting for the train from DC to Boston.  In the early morning train track in northern Phily was busted.  Emergency crew was deployed.   All the trains for the whole northeastern region were held up in Boston, NYC, Phily and DC for 5 hours, both north bound and south bound.
