1998 年在紐約森林小丘談了一個townhouse，大概23萬左右。可出租1400一個月。首付4萬就可。自己無需monthly付出。現在大概1.5M.

如果有100M，可買25個這類房子。現在大概有25*1.5=37.5M。 

當然需要修理，空房期，保險開銷。
