thank you so much for detailed advice, really appreciate it.  Our biggest concern is how we could quickly get the house sold even the buyer (my father's neighbor) agrees to buy at market price.  In other words, it is acceptable we leave the money in China, we want to know which documentation we exactly need to present in order to sell the house. In the very beginning,  the buyer suggested that we do not go through agents since both sides want to have this deal, but based on the various requirements in Dalian we learned in the last couple of days, it seems that having an experienced agent is our first priority.
