Medicare b 的繳費每月最多$850元，包括irmaa 部分

In 2025, the Medicare Part B premium is expected to increase, with some estimates suggesting that the standard premium will be $185 per month. However, the amount a person pays will depend on their income and filing status, and is calculated using their tax returns from two years prior. The income-related monthly adjustment amount (IRMAA) brackets for 2025 are: 

• Single 

  $131,000–$163,000: $369.90, $163,000–$196,000: $480.80, $196,000–$500,000: $591.90, > $500,000: $628.90 
• Couple MAGI 

  $262,000–$326,000: $369.90, $326,000–$392,000: $480.80, $392,000–$750,000: $591.90, > $750,000: $628.90 

   

再者Medicare advantage 是等於加了second/complementary insurance, 自付費會減少很多。公司資助的advantage plan 看公司出多少，公司出的越多，病人自己出的越少。我們公司根據工齡，退休後最多一年資助$2萬，基本用不完。基本上我們的退休員工看病不付錢，連掛號費，急診 urgent care, 急救都不付一分錢的, 與還在上班的人一樣。一年out of pocket 最多$500。
