投資小白有筆錢，這樣買qqq可以嗎？

現在有筆錢， 計劃這樣操作：
1.現在qqq跌了大概從高點跌了10％， 買入總資金的20％
2.跌10％-20％時，陸續買入總資金的25％
3.跌20％-30％， 買入總資金35％
4.跌30％-40％， 買入剩下的30％

請各位大拿說說這計劃怎樣？
