My wife also bought her first rental properties in early2009

But even after the pandemic started, she was atively adding more properties into her real estate portfolio (some were initally for flipping, but kept for rental) . So during these years she added 7 SFH.  She just bought another one a month ago( for flipping).

Rent has been increased considerably during the pandemic.
