聽說總的趨勢是今年不如去年。我以前是交給管理公司，換過兩家，都不滿意，所以今年開始自己管理。收益要好很多，已經超過了去年

短租是要比長租費事一些，但是也是可以操作的。關鍵要找到認真負責的housekeeper, 前期工作準備好，以後也很輕鬆。而且，自己管好太多了！
