想谘詢一下諸位作為消費者對住宅使用Cooking 爐子的意見：

一個新房子暖氣設備等全部用電，但也可以拉gas（不可以用gas 供暖、空調，有codes與整個建築成本的影響）。現在gas唯一能用上的是cooking與fireplace。主要想問諸位做菜用gas 與electric cooktop認為有分別嗎？分別大嗎？是否大到你對買入一個新房子的選擇？假如有兩個同樣房子什麽都相同，隻是cooking用gas還是用electric的分別。先謝謝！
