自己做一個ETF

現在整個股市的盈利越來越向頭部收斂，是不是可以自己做一個ETF。就買top 10 biggest companies. 
 

Typically ETFs are rebalanced every quarter. I prefer to rebalance my ETF every year to avoid creating too much tax.

The idea behind it is top 10 will beat the market
