比特幣的etf現在可以進了？

Jurrien Timmer, Fidelity's global head of macro, has claimed that Bitcoin could go as high as $1 billion by 2038.對比特幣非常bullish啊。當然也有歸零的預測。投機一點的話，現在比特幣在跌，是不是可以進一些etf了？
