Does any one have Exchange fund experience?

Morgan stanley only offers Russel 3000 in exchange for one concentrated stock we have. 1/2 米 minimum

But the expense is 1.5-2% /year and locked for 7 years to have the claimed income tax benefit.

With that high expense I am not sure if it is worth it. We prefer exchange into S&P 500  but minimum is $1M. We don't have that much.
