教一下大家，現在有一個離我家差不多一個半小時的地方，有一個studio Condo拿出來賣，賣價是192,000左右，可以出租1300左右，減去HOA和property tax 差不多每個月可以有850塊錢的淨收入。我想就直接用現金買。大家覺得這個deal 好嗎？
