就是把房子排列一下。比如有20個房子,第一年拿第一個房子cash-out refi. Increased monthly payment to be covered by increased rent. 第二年do the same thing on the 2nd house. So on and so forth.
Because the cash flow is from loans. You don't need to pay any taxes. Not only that, you can deduct tax on the interest part.
二十年後,第一個房子又可以搞cashout refi 了
cash flow 源源不斷 :)))) And no tax at all !!!
