Best ACA plans are for income level of 150-200% FPL

Below 150% you could be ineligible for ACA while above 200% you may not only loose subsidies and also end up with higher deductible/out of pocket plans. So controling your income level is the most important factor for getting the best ACA plans at the lowest cost if you can (Roth conversion may be secondary compared with ACA cost).
