Joseph used to work on the trading desk of the Fed as a trader and operations analyst. He is probably one of the very few Fed watchers who are familiar with booking keep and accounting. Accounting is extremely important when you want to understand the financial institutions. For unknown reason, all those strategists and economists have no this basic skill.
I have come to realize that no real talents would be hired to be strategist or economist. The Wall Street needs stupid guys to confidently talk shit.
