拜登的大規模增稅法案正等待國會通過......

拜登的大規模增稅法案如果通過，會在大選後執行，當然了，目前這隻是可能.

我聽了一下，列了幾個要點：

1. 提高capital gain tax upto 44.6%;

2. 加一個新的25% unrealized capital gain, 也就是說就算股票，基金，房子不賣，隻要增值的，就要有upto 25%的稅;

3. Remove stepup basis, 去世後資產不可以step up, 算capital gain, 要交upto 44.6%的tax;

4. Remove 1031 exchange, 隻要買賣，不可以延稅，馬上就要交upto 44.6%的稅;

 

上麵說的44.6%隻是聯邦稅，每個州還有相應的州稅。

再強調一下：這個信息目前還是拜登的proposal，有待國會通過......
