但是你住的時間長短有關係。比如FL認為你住6個月零一天就是FL resident 了。 假如說你在你原來州隻住3個月， 然後file resident tax return， 我不知道你的這個州怎樣定義“居民”，會不會查。 

But FL has no imcome tax, what's the harm to become FL resident, if you plan to stay there longer?
