銀行給的checking account的開戶獎勵會發1099嗎？

2023年拿了個Regions的500刀的開戶獎勵，沒收到1099，打電話問，說係統裏就沒有，如果有問題，建議到branch去問。不想跑一趟，問問坦裏有人知道嗎？謝謝
