錢到了你的帳戶就出不來了。

（另一個辦法是我回國內開個賬戶，媽媽把錢轉進這個賬戶，這樣就在我名下了）不能用這個方法。你自己打電話或者請國內的朋友去問國家外匯管理局。他們是最權威機構。
