具體說法是match dollar to dollar, or 75 cents to the dollar, or 50 cents to the dollar, of your contribution, up to 6% of your salary.

我上過班的公司沒有一家給到dollar to dollar.

我表裏從1994年match3000開始每三年加1000. 3000在1994年按6%算相當於6萬的年薪，在那時非常非常高了。2023的match算11,000，這按6%算折合183,000的年薪，按3%算折合近370,000年薪。
