魔都某些非學區房跌的有點狠了。

幾年前我家賣掉的學區房（環線內）的附近小區。這兩個月跌了 25% 多。 記得買我家房子是一家是新上海人，有個小小娃，當時我還讓我媽轉送了寫英文讀物啥的。聽到說學區房暫時還能 hold 住跌幅。

今天A股 N種股跌停了。。
