[債券]在treasurydirect上買了tbill已是Auctioned狀態但還沒到issuedate可以反悔不買

已經auctioned了，還沒到issue date，還沒扣款。

如果我看到auction結果不理想，可以把銀行的錢轉走，導致購買失敗

這樣做會有什麽後果 或 罰款 或 後遺症 嗎？
