請教529問題

兩個問題求教：

1. 家裏老大大三了， 現在開529賬號， 這學期到畢業之間的學費可以用的上嗎， 即， 當年開當年用可以嗎？ 

2老二在三年後上大學， 現在開529的話， 用vanguard 529 account, 之後到有state529的州上學， 取錢交學費不受影響嗎？

3, 現在開vanguard 529 account的話， 等孩子大學後我們搬到有州529的地方， 還能取款交學費嗎？ 還是要transfer to a state 529 account?
