自住房占總財富的比例

1）如果隻占10%，基本上可以退休。

2）如果隻占5%，絕對可以退休。

3）自住房占比低不外乎以下幾種情況：

    a) 房價低：生活指數低。

    b) 總財產龐大。

    b) 是個節省的人。

    以上三種情況，都可以安心退休。
