Design and problem solving

Software packages and tools are always available (less coding), IT also have its own work flows, security, cost control and compliances.  You have to combine all facts and provide a accaptable solution and implement it.  AI still does not have the creativity yet.  But the main thing is:  the company needs to be increasingly profitable so it could keep the winning process (aka, human).  In a downturn, people will be cut because less people still could maintain the existing process.  If a company is booming, it will hire more people to create new winning processes.  In short, AI could not win it for you, it only could assist people to win it.
