急問，請教有經驗的房東

出租房用的是electirc a/c。碰到超低溫，heat pump不工作，好像是自動啟動了緊急模式。室內溫度昨天57現在55，找了修空調的，人家說這種低溫情況緊急模式是正常的，他做不了什麽。昨天送了三個油汀過去，但租戶還是在抱怨，說要生病了。請問各位大佬這種情況該做點什麽？難道要換空調？
