AA partner tickets require revenue management reviews, therefore tickets are on queue. It could take weeks if the travel date is far ahead.
As long as you can see your reservation on the partner's site under Manage Booking or similar tab, you are good. You can periodically call AA to enquire the ticketing, but On Request is normal.

"正常是250kmiles" It is not. It is the result of the stupid algorithm on Dynamic Pricing. No logic at all. 99% of people would not squander their miles to buy at this price. 
Before last year's devaluation it is 70K only. Though 88K to Africa is good. I canceled one TK MUC-IST-MIA a few weeks ago, also at 88K. It really flies too long to return from Europe, going thru IST added 30% more travel time. On top of that the departure at MUC is too early at 8am. Cannot handle that! 
TK is one of the best airlines in Star Alliance to fly business in my opinion, better than SQ. QR and CX are the equivalent in OneWorld.
TK's new business class seats are very nice. See this Canadian Chinese blogger and his wife's review on the new business class seats. TK also has a "chef" onboard, just a little extra touch to make the flight more enjoyable. They even have little lamps on the dining table to add a bit of vibe. QR does the same.
