各位地產大佬，這是什麽情況？

國內朋友今天發微信，她女兒去年在美國二線城市中心租一個studio，去年房租$1850, 今年年初租約到期續租，隻是抱怨一下租金較貴，物管馬上把租金調成$1450，這是啥情況，預示租房巿場急轉直下？？
