什麽限製？我好像就是auto in plan Roth conversion

而且convert to Roth, 並不是convert to Roth 401K. 我在把after taxconvert to Roth 後，這－部分可以自己隨時roll over到自己的Roth IRA裏。Roth 401K是不能roll over的, 除非quit job.
