五年一遊

又過一年，投壇一如既往，熱鬧非凡，在此衷祝各位百尺杆頭，更進一步！

 

自已自五年前，把兩個街市走廊1031換了五個快餐地產，之後完全脫產，沒有工作，也不會玩股票，跟不上形勢，這也是不敢上壇的原因。

 

我容易滿足，因為不用打理，租客承擔所有雜費，包括地稅保險和日常維修。也托賴美國對私人財產的永久保障和高免稅額遺產傳承 ，這地產還容易一代一代繼續下去。

 

由於沒有任何貸款，人變得無欲無求。整天玩各種樂器，但是沒有一樣精，很多時自己也覺得沒趣。也買了一輛房車，使用雖不太多，但日日對著，總覺得那裏不對，一年之內，把他拆拆弄弄，改裝近三十個地方，將其武裝到了牙齒。

 

也花不少精力想買一條船，三十尺二手的不用十萬，在聖地亞哥租個泊位，都說海景值百萬，直接在水上生活豈不更好？可惜她就是不喜歡陪我整天漂呀漂的日子，這美夢隻好作罷。

 

也有值得得瑟的事情，兩個女兒一個上大學一年多，一個來年上大學，計劃很快每年要共付十六萬，不會有節扣。估不到剛剛大女兒贏了個Achievement Scholarship，整個年級隻有三名，在餘下兩年半將不用付任何學，住宿和膳食費，為此省了二十一萬刀，真有錦上添花之嫌。
