真心請教：什麽時候選擇買進，選擇什麽樣的ETF?

各位大佬：

如果有一筆錢在短期t bill 明年上半年陸陸續到期，要轉入股票的ETF。

如何買入？

定投，還是等待pull back?

如果沒有pull back , 而一騎絕塵，要追嗎？

是投VOO, QQQ或者VGT或者60/20/20？

這筆錢是可以長期不賣的（就是退休也不會動用）。
