好像除了股票就是房子，沒有人投眾籌嗎？

很多人不喜歡和租客打交道，所以會投資一些眾籌項目，比如crowdstreet.com, realtymogul.com.

看上麵的項目年回報一般15%+，3-5年，也都是投資房地產（比如公寓群），應該是相對安全的。
