創業公司的第五個人應該期待什麽樣的offer?

五年工作經驗，現在年收入大約$30多萬, lead 一個小的團隊。現在他想跳槽一家 Startup. 公司有4個Founder, 他會是第五個人，不屬於founder。

我想知道這種情況應該對 package 有什麽樣的期待？
